My experience
I'm a senior product designer with 10 years of experience, ranging from small startups to enterprise size companies. I started at a engineering agency turning product design agency where I was able to hone and improve my visual design skills before transitioning to a full-time product design role. While it was short, I still rely on the skills I learned there. I hopped around a couple small startups after that before landing at HubSpot, where I joined as a Senior Product Designer I in ServiceHub.
How I work
I'm very flexible. At every company I've been to, I've had to adjust my working style to get results. One company does it this way, another does it this way, that's fine to me. But I will say, when things don't make sense to me, they probably won't make sense to the user and I always trust my gut on that. So if there's something that needs to be changed, I'll advocate for it.
What I value
I value a great working relationship with my team that respects each other and provides a psychologically safe space to explore ideas.
Some silly things about me
When I'm not rehabilitating my injuries sustained from 10 years plus of breakdancing, I enjoy buying way too many fonts, listening to 80s j-pop, and eating charcuterie. Lately, I've been trying to improve my fashion as well.
